PLEASE, NOTE: all ServSafe exams are subject to $35 proctoring fee charged by Testing Center.
- Internet-based exam version. Students are responsible to register on servsafe.com website and purchase online exam access code ($36) prior to exam.
- Paper-based exam version. Please plan your exam in advance. We will order Certification Examination Answer Sheet for you ($38 plus $12.50 shipping fee). Please allow at least 7 days for your testing materials to be delivered.

Come on into Simplex United Business and Career Center where you can test securely through ServSafe and receive your Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) and Alcohol Handler certifications. These certifications are widely recognized by every state in the US and are accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
As a test candidate you can purchase study material online as well as take online training courses which cover many ways to handle real-life situations, how to properly handle food and alcohol, the current Food and Drug Administration (FDA) codes, foodborne illnesses, the seven principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), as well as many other topics.
Scheduling a test date and time is easy and stress-free. Our center is open 7 days a week, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Certified proctors are always on-site to aide our test candidates.
